About the role

Koolny is a startup fighting food waste through a smart mobile application with real environmental impact.

You will build and scale the core Koolny web platform and APIs.

We focus on performance, reliability, and clean fullstack architecture.

You will work across frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA.

Responsibilities

Develop frontend features using Next.js and React.
Build and maintain backend services with Node.js and Express.
Design and consume REST APIs.
Participate in CI/CD, deployments, and environment setup.
Contribute to testing and code quality improvements.

Requirements

Basic experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
Understanding of frontend and backend concepts.
Interest in DevOps and quality assurance.
Use AI tools to boost productivity (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.

Nice to have

Experience with MongoDB or REST APIs.
Basic knowledge of testing or CI/CD.
Interest in performance optimization.
Interest in startup environments.
